workout kick


I have really been on a workout kick lately. Maybe it's the sunshine, maybe it's the swimsuit, or maybe it's the simple fact that I need to be healthier. Whatever it is, I like it. It's amazing how much better you feel when you are more health conscience. I am mainly running/walking and then doing some weight training as well. I am actually in the process of training for a mini marathon. I figured that it's a great way of following a strick workout schedule and it also builds up stamina. I don't think I will ever run in an actual marathon but I like just knowing that I could because I am (or will be) in great shape. I just want to be healthier, more fit, and let's face it...look good in a swimsuit. Here's to hoping that this kick keeps on kickin':)

  1. Good for you! I have such a hard time being motivated to do that...especially when it's so stinkin' hot outside!
