Hair Competition

I WON!!! My model was great and pretty much up for anything. I had rope in her hair and I can only imagine how heavy it was. I can't wait to get the professional pictures back. These were taken with my phone so I'm sorry in advance for the poor quality. I did her hair, make-up, wardrobe, and accessories. My Grandmother and I actually designed and made the dress. I can't believe I won. I was so excited!!!

I am a stationery fanatic and I thought this would be the perfect place to display and organize it all.

I LOVE how this turned out. I have been quite crafty lately...I wonder what I will get into next. Stay tuned:)

New chalkboard

I found a frame at the Peddlers Mall. I ended up getting some orange paint and some chalkboard paint at Lowes and making a chalkboard for my kitchen. I just love the way it turned out. While I was in the painting mood, I decided to refinish an antique desk I got a while back at a consignment store. Once the chair is finished, I will post before and after pictures.
